I am a stitcher, a weaver, a spinner, a knitter, a dyer, a felter… and a potter! It’s easier to say I am a maker.

I weave teatowels, hand towels, table runners & blankets… and scarves, shawls, cocoons & ruanas. My specialty are scarves intricately woven using handpainted warps and adorned with tiny glass beads in the hand twisted fringe.

My pottery is as varied as my weaving. I make traditional items for practical use, & a few decorative items, for fun. All are Stoneware or Porcelain, decorated using foodsafe glazes in fresh, clean & whimsical designs.

I am most known for my textile & mixed media artworks, which can be described as “tapestry fusion”… hand dyed &/or painted natural textiles, heavily stitched & embellished with heat altered fabrics, metal applique, beads & cords
